Some Dry Pitch work

I was snowed in today, so I decided to get some dry pitch work in in my basement.

Let me know what you think. I think that this is where my arm action needs to be when I pitch, and I think it looks really good.

I wasn’t going full out with my legs though, so that may change things. I had limited space, so I went full speed with my arm action and focused entirely on that today.

Sorry for the poor lighting. That’s the best I could do, angle and lighting wise in my basement.

For some reason, it looks like my ‘regular speed’ (the throw before the slow mo) may not be in full speed. I just checked the original video and it appeared to be a tad faster. I’m not sure though. Either way, I think this video shows my arm action well whether it has my full speed or not.
