455# at BW 225, which is not bad. Could have definitely gotten 465 and maybe 470. Funny thing: I haven’t deadlifted heavy in over six months!
Turns out that squatting is a strong enough stimulus.
Just squatted 405 at BW 225 as well, probably could have gotten upwards of 420-425.
Off-season is wrapping up for me and the kids are getting back into baseball and field events (shot put and discus), which means lifting volume is being cut back. Bummer.
