What are some great ways to work the soft tissue of your interior shoulder and exterior shoulder. Would med ball work best be done after you throw day before you throw or day after you throw? I’m trying to figure out some Soft Tissue things to prevent injury. Have a little prehab so I don’t need rehab. Please let me know. Thanks!
Go to Eric Cressey’s site and you will find info. Make sure what your doing is age appropriate. Don’t confuse soft tissue & med ball work, there not exactly the same.
