Just another aspect of mechanics that I got confused about… do you snap your wrist or just let your finger stay on the ball as long as possible if you want more effective fastball?
you flick it down at end of delivery. need a stable delivery to really feel it. try throwing a changeup and concentrate on flicking down and itll be a huge difference if you dont already flick. works with fast but more noticable how it hels with change
If you apply enough finger pressure, the snap will happen by itself. When I shoot a basketball, I focus on squeezing the ball and the wrist snap happens by itself. Similar things happening.
