what is better for a pitcher, side delt raises or front delt raises or any other shoulder exercises?

Your best bet if your focusing on speciacally the heads of the shoulder then probably rear delt raises. The rear delts dont get that much work compared to the front and side. Also I have never really dont direct shoulder work like front and side raises. A person will stimulate there shoulders enough if they have a well constructed work out routine. I do some rear delt work maybe once every 2 weeks.
