What are some good shoulder and shoulder blade excercises?
I have a smith type machine, dumbells (adjustable, and 10lb)
I want to work that since that's the place my arm gets tired after throwing.

There yeah go....I usually do 20 reps for every exercise. I usually use 5 lb. dumbbells. Its not alot but you'll feel it if you do two exercises back to back...it'll burn.
Those are very comparable to the shoulder excercises i do.
