Sean- Preseason Flatground Work

I like that you come set in a closed position to combat the habit of being off balanced with your top half(back leaning instead of straight) I dont know if that is what you intended but it looks good. Your explosion with your lower half is great as well

Your lower half is pretty good. However, you don’t have too much hip to shoulder separation. Try to maintain thoracic extension and flip the ball behind your head like Chapman in this picture [/img][img]

You need to focus on delaying the rotation of your upper body until front foot strike. This is how major league pitchers develop higher velocities.
