wat are ur schedule when school is in session like how do u get all ur workouts in and school and stuff cause i find it really hard to focus in school and workout at the same time.

The best way to train as an athlete is before school. I’m going to start to wake up at 5:00 so I can train before I have to go to school this will help me keep a schedule and get in my training.
“Best” is pretty subjective. The time you work out is less important than the fact that you actually get your butt in there and do the workout.
