i own tuffcuff and in it it says to choose any scap exercise. what exercises are these? what muscles do they work?
Band pull-aparts and facepulls are my favorite (search YouTube for videos).
They work the muscles that attach to the scapula.
There’s an entire section of scap exercises in TUFFCUFF that you can choose from in this particular Phase of your workout plan. Doesn’t matter which ones you do, which is why I provided the flexibility in the program. Keep working hard!
