I want to strengthen my scaps for next season and want to know if there are other ones I can do beside these: Reverse Butterflys (concentrating on pinching scaps), Scap wall slides, plain old scap pinchs (Standing), scap pushups. Are there any other ones I can be doing. My scap I believe is a major weak point in my body and need to strengthen it.
It is very important to strengthen your upper back and promote scapular health. Good job looking out for it!
You can try cable and/or band facepulls, scapular wall slides, and band pullaparts.
