So I recently talked to Clay Zavada, former pitcher for the Diamondbacks. He’s most known for his Rolly Fingers-like mustache. Anyway, he was saying that the hardest he threw when he was in college was when he was running stairs. I know that running the stairs is great cardio, as well as working on explosiveness in the legs. I just want to know what you guys think, as well as some suggestions on how to do different things on stairss. As well as flipping tires.
Works great as a cardio finisher. We flip tires and hit them with sledgehammers all the time too. Not a lot of stairs in our facility so we push a sled instead! The idea is the same though
