Does anyone have a set running program that they use as a part of post-game work as well as days in between a start?
If you mean long-distance running, our athletes do none. We push/pull a weighted sled, do sprint work, and work on broad jump / vertical leap a lot, however.
Never did any post game running until this summer - then it was 10 poles at a slow pace. Then the next day (usually when I was might be expected to pitch in tournament (in releif) on the following day) I got to run when everyone else was warming up. I think I ran for about 15 minutes. - Nothing too dramatic.
This is from Eric Cressey’s website. I think he had 16 guys (baseball players) sign with D-1 schools this year.
