Ron wolforths exercises in correlation to throwing 90

#1

In the combat pitcher, wolforth provides data that say his 90 mph pitchers do specific exercises well enough to provide a correlation between velocity and excellence in a workout.

for example, he says that of the 47 (90 mph) pitchers hes trained, they can all do the side to side medicine ball wall tap 53 times within 15 seconds.

he also says throwing a medicine ball catapult 46 mph correlates to a 90 mph pitch off a mound.

pretty cool data. what do you think?
