Is daily use of the rocket arm useless or is it helping me with something. Also your suppose to do the excersises slowly but for a pitcher you want fast muscles is that a problem.

it is an isotonic weight training device designed specifically to strengthen the baseball and softball player’s throwing arm.
It might help to condition the muscles of your shoulder (which is good), but is unlikely to add much to your velocity. It does the same basic thing as the tubing exercises that others talk about.
You don’t want to do these kinds of exercises at too high of a speed.
I wouldn’t reccomend it. I made something like it and its free. All you need is a bar (chin up bars work well), piece of rope and a weight. Just tie the weight to the rope and throw it over the chin up bar.
