Early this year my 13 year old son developed some elbow pain. He was throwing way too much practice during the week and pitching tournements every weekend. We talked to a sports surgeon and he suggested the Rocket Arm system.
Of course we had him lay off the weekly throwing first. Then he started using the Rocket Arm with the lightest weight every day. No more elbow pain!
Basically he had been suffering from tendonitis. The Rocket Arm workouts strenghtened the tendons and ligements in his arm.
