hey has anyone uses one of these systems before? The rocket arm and the arm strong system. If you did wat do u think and which one is better? thanks
Early this year my 13 year old son developed some elbow pain. He was throwing way too much practice during the week and pitching tournements every weekend. We talked to a sports surgeon and he suggested the Rocket Arm system.
Of course we had him lay off the weekly throwing first. Then he started using the Rocket Arm with the lightest weight every day. No more elbow pain!
Basically he had been suffering from tendonitis. The Rocket Arm workouts strenghtened the tendons and ligements in his arm.
He continues to use it even through the off season.

Save some money and purchase some surgical tubing of various sizes up to 3/4" or so. Tie a fist-sized loop in one end for your pitcher’'s hand and know the other end. Then slam the knotted end in the door and presto! you have a “rocket arm”.
Or you can drill a hole in an old baseball and attach that instead of the loop. Shrug. Have you ever heard the old saw, “Fishing lures are designed to lure fishermen, not fish!”? Same idea with the prepackaged goodies.
