I have some backward chaining drills we have started doing with our pitcher. Like many of you, I cannot afford Ron Wolforth’s program, so I decided to come up with my own drill series. Take a look and tell me what you think. The players really like the different perspectives of looking at the pitching motion. Here are the drills:
