Should I do resistance bands everyday?
Every other, or every third day (in season). And I don’t recommend it on the day you’re going to be pitching in a game.
Remember, just like any other type of weight training you should have off-days in between. Same goes for tubing. The growth occurs during the rest period.
Thanks. Alot of older guys at my school do it everyday. I wasnt sure. And what type of weekly exercises do you think I should do? I have a month until our summer ball season starts.
