Do resistance bands work? If they do, do you do all the excercises at the same time an once a day or what?
Yes, restistance bands work very well.
My ususal workout with them (if I’m NOT pitching that day) is 10-15 (if your just starting doe 15 reps of each exercise) minutes (which included with my daily workout which is usually 30 minutes long.
Before I can give you a good website to use, what kind of bands do you think you’ll get (like ones that are stationary, or ones that are together as one?)
