If you were going to create an off-season circuit workout for a 13 year old pitcher utilizing resistance bands, which 6-8 exercises would you include? I was thinking maybe 3-4 circuits and 20-25 repititions for each exercise.
this exercise program has some resistance bad exercises. however i would suggest using all of the exersices in the program. its great for preventing injuries. heres the website:
i’ve been doing tubeing excercises for a while and i found out that doing more reps is better so yes i would go with that.
