It looks to me like your front leg swings out front early and you don’t get your center of mass moving fast enough. I’d like to see you get your hips moving forward faster between your first movement and the peak of your knee lift. Hopefully this causes you to lead with your front hip longer after the peak of knee lift. All of this should put more energy into the system and let you get out over the front foot.
