Rehab Throwing Program

If I am coming back from a torn bursa (5 weeks of therapy), what type of throwing program should I do? Are there any specific programs that can be followed to strengthen my arm again in a nice and easy fashion, as not to injure myself again?

Any programs would be helpful.

First I’d suggest asking your physical therapist if they had any suggestions.
(I was lucky enough to have a guy big into baseball so if avaliable that is a nice bonus).

My suggestion would be to take it easy, do not try and fully exert yourself right away, that will be the easiest way to reinjure yourself.
