I throw everyday with my Dad, and go to the gym with him every day I can when I don’t have school. Now, can someone who really knows what they’re talking about tell me if this is good or what I should do and what workouts to do? Thank you in advance.
I used to do the same thing through High School. Specialized more with the workouts and throwing plan once I got to College.
The key, really more than anything, is to throw as much as possible – with good mechanics, using a fastball grip – to develop that fastball.
