Raised or flat seams will tail more?

Which will give more break on a curve or 2SF? Raised or flat seams.

Side note NCAA will goto flat seams soon to increase offense because flats fly further.

If NCAA ia going to do that they’ll be shooting themselves in the foot and then some. With flat seams the pitcher is going to have more trouble getting a good grip on the ball—is that what those bozos want just to get more homers and extra-base hits? It’s bad enough that the mound was lowered and the strike zone shrunk to almost nothingness, just to get more homers and extra-base hits—now this? SHEEEEEESH!

I’ve heard less break on the ball but slightly more velocity (I’ve heard it could add 1 mph).
