Quick Catch For Pitchers

I like to play quick catch like a middle infielder when I’m warming up. Its an athletic act and I feel like it creates an efficient arm action.

Anyone tried this? What do ya think?

when im on the mound when i come in or at the beginning of innings i stand in front of the mound and do alot of quick throws with proper footwork and arm action just to get my arm loose and going again because i feel the 8 pitches from the mound or w.e just isnt good enough to get my arm going strong after sitting for 15 mins…
if it works for you dont stop doing it man!!
