in the tuffcuff manual, in the in-season throwing programs section, you mention throw at 45 feet or 60 feet, working on spins. what are spins ? also, when doing wall sit excersises (3 positions) it says to perform each position for 30 to 60 seconds or until fatiqued. do you just hold position 1 , 2 , and 3 for this amount of time or are is there movement of the arms ? thank you !!!
Spins are your off-speed pitches and breaking pitches. Walls are a timed exercise
