Question on "The Pitching Manual"

I was looking for a little help interpreting the Personal workout calendar example for 11-12 yr olds.
What do the numbers in parenthesis mean? Minutes??
Where is the Light Tubing routine in the book?
Same for Motor Learning Drills and Chaining Drill Series??

Was looking to develop a specific weekly program for my 11 yr old.
A lot of good information in this book…but I’m unclear how to make a weekly program.
