Question about Tuff Cuff Workout for High Schoolers

Hi, im a sophomore pitcher in high school and I just started the Tuff Cuff workout program for High schoolers. My question is what should pitchers do during the 3 months( august, september, october) when we r off? I dont play a fall sport and am currently not on a baseball travel team until February, so should I just continue Stage 2 (Hypertrophy for august, september, october ), then Stage 3 (Strength for november, december, january), after im done with Stage 1 ( Muscle Endurance June and July).
