I’m a junior in high school but have had trouble putting on weight for the past few years. I’m 6’1", 165 lbs and I’m wanting to gain at least 10-15 lbs. During the offseason I hit the weightroom hard and was loading up on protein (shakes, lots of meat, peanut butter, etc.) but I wasn’t gaining any weight. Advice on other things I should be doing? And in your opinion, what is the best protein powder for muscle growth?

i’ll be sure to do that this week and see if i’m missing my mark…
of course, if you’re running or doing any kind of long duration, steady state cardio, putting on muscle is going to be near impossible.
