Push ups in season

should you do push ups in season or can that effect your shoulder and roatator cuff

Keep the intensity at a “Maintenance” level.

Also avoid “diamond” or close handed pushups. Acouple of our coaches love to do these pushups where you make a diamond with your hands. I feel it messes with your shoulder.

Keep your elbows close to your side by “scap loading”, contracting your rhomboids.
