What do you guys listen to before games and workouts that get you pumped up to throw harder and lift more? My favorites are Fight Music by D12, The Show Goes On by Lupe Fiasco, and Riot Maker by Tech N9ne.
When I was getting ready to start a game—or come in to relieve—I actually preferred silence. I would get inside my head and go through a plan I had set up, no distractions, just go through how I would get the batters out, and then I would take the mound and proceed to make the batters look very stupid. It worked for me. What works for you? 8)
