Pulled my hamstring yesterday while playing in the outfield. Today, there is mild pain while walking, but I can manage to walk and jog at a slow pace without extreme pain. I have a HUGE tournament that starts in 2-3 days. My team really needs me for this tournament, so I have to try to make sure I can recover by then. Like I said, it hurts to walk. I know I should be stretching it out and adding ice…what else can I do? and is it possible for it to heal in such a short time?
