Protecting the Elbow

Hey everyone, quick question. Do you think a little bit or soreness in the flexor-pronator mass post-throwing is actually a good thing? Since this series of muscles is actually protecting the UCL, it seems that it would make sense that soreness in this area would not be a bad thing at all… Thoughts?

Yes, if it is sore from underuse. No, if it is pain from an injury. See an orthopedic doctor for medical advice.
