I throw a circle change and when i pronate a bit it gives the pitch a nasty screwball affect. should i continue mastering it with the pronation or is the an injury risk?
I’ve never heard of a change of any kind being injurious…and pronation is what you want.
There isn’t any science behind folks saying the screwgie is any more dangerous than any pitch.
