suppination: fastball grip, turn your fingers 90 degrees.
pronation:fastball grip, trun fingers 270 degrees

Easiest to think of ‘supinate’ as rotating your hand so that you can hold “soup”…
Pronate means turning the hand down…
It’s a description of rotation of the hand and wrist on the axis of the forearm. Small muscles attached to the radius and ulna do this…
