Pronate?supinate?

can sum1 explain wut they are cuz i just throw maybe im doin it and maybe im not but idk wut they are

suppination: fastball grip, turn your fingers 90 degrees.

pronation:fastball grip, trun fingers 270 degrees

Sup-clockwise
Pro-counter-clockwise

Here is a picture of pronation. Supination would be the palm facing up or towards 1st base.

so pronation would be like a screwball and supination would be like a curve

Easiest to think of ‘supinate’ as rotating your hand so that you can hold “soup”…
Pronate means turning the hand down…
It’s a description of rotation of the hand and wrist on the axis of the forearm. Small muscles attached to the radius and ulna do this…
