Hey guys, got a another issue here. I threw off the mound today, and I was having some problems. My catcher would set up low and away, and I would be throwing up and in (right handed batter). Could this be happening because I just recently moved from the left side of the rubber to the right side? If not, then why is this happening? And also, my follow through has been really bad. I keep falling viscously off to the left side, like all my weight is just collapsing to the left (I’m a righty). Would you need video of this?
Missing up and in generally means you’re rushing, which means that you’re trying to get too much power from your stride and screwing up your timing.

Sounds like you’re opening up the shoulders too early - possibly dropping or pulling the glove in the process. This causes the throwing arm to drag through the zone resulting in the up-and-in pitches.
Why did you change your location on the rubber?
