Problem with elbow after elastic band workout

I was doing the “reverse throw” band exercise where you start in a follow through position and pull your elbow up to your chest and extend your arm out into a cocked throwing position. And while I was doing this today I had a weird feeling on the outer part of my elbow. It didn’t really hurt it was just uncomfortable…almost like some moving when I went up and went back when I brought it down. It didn’t do that on any of the other exercises. And sometimes now when I flex my elbow up in a curl position I hear a small pop in that area. It doesn’t hurt though. I just though I’d ask if anyone knows that this may have been or if its bad because I have been doing these for a long time and have never experienced anything like it. Thanks for your help
