I am a senior in high school about to enter the baseball season. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about pre-season workout programs and throwing programs. I am a 6’3" 175 lb right handed pitcher. Thanks for the ideas!
For legs I’d get on some sort of routine that is centered around squats and dead lifts. Do quad extensions and calf raises, as well.
For upper body, I’d focus more on the back. Lat pull downs are good but don’t use heavy weight. For chest, go with flies at a low weight.
