Post-throwing exercise band use

What is the prevailing consensus of the use of exercise bands, post-throwing? I know most think they are a good tool in the offseason, most think a more limited use before hard throwing helps with warming up, but what about specifically after pitching or a hard session?
If age matters, I am thinking about 12 year olds.

I wouldn’t do it or recommend it, once tired, adding more stress isn’t a good idea. Cool down is ok…a bit of running maybe or exercise cycle but you really don’t see such measures until high school.
