Hey guys, I noticed that some of you list “extreme stretching” as part of your post-game rituals. What stretches do you do?
what i usually do is run a lap. throw, then stretch. i reach for my toes for about 20 seconds. butterflies for about 20 seconds. then sit on your butt and with your leg bended put it on your other leg[ stretch you hip flexors
} then arm across, then behind head, then arm straight out and bend wrist backwards, then do arm circles. then take a light jog.
