hey guys whats up. Currently right now i got a pretty good baseball program.
I do long toss at least three times a week. And i pitch 2 bullpens.
But my question is this. I want to gain velocity. Perferably 5mph. to add 85mph on my fastball. I am a sophmore as well. So ya even right now i am throwing really hard for my age.
Anyways i wanted to work in some polyatomics into my weekly schedule. Just one problem. I have no idea what they are and can some one please post some basic exercises i can do.
also does yoga help with pitching velocity as well cause doesn’t it increase pitching flexibilty. If so please post some yoga exercises on here as well.
So ya some polyatomics and yoga would be awesome if you guys could explain them in more detail and post specific drills.
