when doin plyometrics hows many reps and sets should u do?

Generally 10-15 reps, maybe 2-3 sets of 5 different excercises.

Make sure that you are taking 2 or 3 minute breaks in between sets.
This is because plyos are intended to be done at 100% effort, and if you try and do sets without breaks your workout looses it’s purpose.

Because these breaks are fairly lengthy, I do plyo on my upper body lifting day, and do a plyo in between a lift.
