im a 17 year old and im trying to gain velocity on my fastball during the offseason. is it okay to take whey protein and lift weights 3 times a week or is whey protein bad for pitchers to take. Thanks

Taking whey protein and lifting is fine. But some types of lifts are better than others for pitchers. Re-post your question in the Pitching Workouts forum (if you haven’t already) and you’ll get some good info.
