My 8 1/2 year old is ready to make some changes to his form in the off season. How often can we have a work out and not cause any problems? During the season, it seemed that his pitching was off during a game if we had a hard workout the day before. So I am thinking every other day up to maybe 50 pitches. He has never complained about his elbow area hurting. I guess all these pitch count regulations and articles have me concerned. He would pitch every day if I let him.
