A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both my elbows. Because of that my elbows would lock up at a certain point and I couldn’t get good flexion. It wasn’t long after that I quit pitching. Fast forward to now and I have been trying to get back into it. The only issue is that I need to get good elbow flexion again. I’m wondering but does anyone know any good solo elbow flexion stretches/exercises that can help?
