Pitching Specific Exercises

Are there any affective pitching specific exercises out there?
Also are there any full out workouts?

For conditioning the throwing arm, a good start would be the “Thrower’s 10” exercises, which can be found here: http://www.asmi.org/SportsMed/throwing/thrower10.html

For a full body pitching workout, you would probably want to check out the Tuff Cuff book.
