Me pitching last year. Anything I could work on for the upcoming season?
Seems like some of your trunk flexion is getting arrested when your chest is impacting with your thigh. If you could get up over that front knee, you could get more out of that strong flexion. From this angle and distance, I can’t really be sure of much else.
