okay sorry for all the continous posts guys but you guys give really good advice. Sorry sometimes if i repeat the same content over again but i like the answers and i have been using the advice and getting better.
Anyways i was thinking about doing my full mechanics for like 75 times every day.
My arm is pretty sore lately but i think that is just from constent throwing so i was thinking i would give my arm a rest one day and do just my pitching mechanics(NO BALL in my hand) and just do them over 75times. What do you guys think of this.
Will i gain velocity from having continous pitching mechanics. Also i weight train to ontop of it so i am strong.
