Pitching log, 6'1'' 150lb freshman low 70s

#1

6’1’’, 150 lb lefty, throwing low-mid 70’s, going into sophomore year. I had done little to no pitching-specific training coming into this year, so I hope I can really raise my velocity a ton by next year with a good training program. Here are my stats from Varsity. Bear in mind that 10+ errors were made each and every game for that team.

Varsity Baseball Stats:
Batting:
AB: 37, H: 10, BB: 0, K: 6, SB: 7, AVG: .270
Pitching:
IP: 26.2, APP: 6, K: 24, BB: 10, H: 26, HBP: 2, W: 2, L: 2, R: 18, ER: 13, WHIP: 1.35, ERA: 4.39, k/9: 8.10

After I developed a mediocre curveball to compliment my fastball and changeup…

Summer League Baseball Stats:
Batting:
AB: 10, H: 3, BB: 3, K: 2, SB: 4, AVG: .300, OBP: .462
Pitching: IP: 5.0, APP: 4, K: 10, BB: 1, H: 1, HBP: 0, W: 0, L: 0, SV: 1 , R: 0, ER: 0, WHIP: 0.40, ERA: 0.00, K/9: 18.00

I know low 70s isnt great, but hopefully i will hit 80 by next year, any tips for my curve (more like a slurve), or pitch sequences?
