Pitching again...and hopefully for a long time

So it’s been forever since I posted on here but I’m getting back into pitching.
I just graduated high school and will b attending Boston college next year. This summer I am pitching for my highly competitive legion team in which we either practice or play 6 days a week. I want to see how this summer goes pitching wise and then decide if I want to try and walk on to the BC team. If anyone has workout advice for in season workouts to gain muscle, and velocity that would be awesome. Thanks and hoping for feedback

If you’re looking to see big gains this summer before trying to walk on to BC I suggest you do an off season lifting program rather then in season.

Any specific suggestions as to what training program?
