Perfect Push up

would using perfect push up help with my velocity

ive tried those things once. hard on the shoulders, even though they provide a decent core workout. i wouldnt risk the injury of you rotator cuff seeing as with those things its taking alot of the pressure your pecs would be taking in a regular push up.

If you wanna do a good push up, get a physioball, put it against a wall and do push ups. That’s the best way to do it. After you’ve done it a little bit, take it off the wall, and rely on your core to keep you stable.
